1 Fault with the artificial feel system, which was unable to be fixed in time.
2 Permit to fly had expired. It had been expected this would be renewed, but further detailed information was required by the CAA and it wasn't possible to prepare this in time.
3 Originally a minor fault occurred with the braking system, which was quickly fixed, but the cloudbase was too low to display.
4 Bent landing gear door bracket found during out-of-phase inspection.
